Hi. Most people prefer to pay bills by check or electronically these days. I always appreciated businesses that hire some very personally oriented agents toward their customersnNationwide Stewart Agency has had many people starting out at reception and progressing to other areas of the insurance business as they desire a particular area they want to serve at.nI have had many great experiences there.nOne time a few years ago, a young lady was screaming at a local car wash for help. My girlfriend and I stopped to see what we could do. The lady's vehicle was running with the doors locked and the keys inside.nThe parking lot was full and on a side hill. There were a few men who patrolled the area who tried to help but finally gave up. It was winter and too cold to leave her there.Since, we had just paid our insurance bill,we realized Stewart Agency was close by.nThat is when we took the lady to Stewart Agency to talk with the reception desk. We didn't have a phonebook to call a tow truck. Fortunately, the Agency quickly called a tow service they had used and we got the lady back to her vehicle and she as well taken care of. She kept in contact with us for a few months.nSince I know them, and we have a relationship, our request for help for a stranger to them was easily handled.nThey are all caring people and more importantly to us, friends.nFive stars for them all in times when we are often confronted with a phone contact that forces us to listen to a menu that may not have any choices for the unexpected. I will recommend this team over other companies that only care about insurance sales. We should all watch out for each other.
