Jamestown Community College

My family told me they would set up a payment plan. During an entire semester, I assumed a payment plan was set up. But, to my surprise, no payment plan was set up.nnI received a call from a debt collector telling me I had college debt that was unpaid. I called the Cattaraugus campus to confirm, and they confirmed it, and they said that letters were sent to my home. No one in my family received anything. I received nothing.nnNow, I'm stuck with a bill I can't pay, and having to deal with debt collectors. I can't pay the bill due to losing my job because of COVID. JCC should have called me on top of sending the supposed notices. Because of their error, I'm stuck with payments I can't make, and having to make sacrifices in order to pay. I've already had to park my car and cancel insurance just to make debt payments and bill payments. Thanks a lot, JCC.

Absolutely terrible, I was told going to this school would get me into my career path. Turns out that they lied to me and the path I was starting at JCC had nothing to do with my career path. So I dropped that and am still required to pay for the fees of the semester. No one down there cares to help me get out of paying them, So I am now stuck paying for stuff I didn’t even do. It’s way too inconvenient for them to remove my fees; However, they don’t care if they lied to me to get me in that position in the first place...

it was fun! it made me happy:)

A good college to start off at. They offer quite a few classes on things that may interest many. Always seems like contractors are there working on or fixing something. It has come along ways from remembering it in the past.
