Daniel and the team at D Rickard insurance are the least friendly people I have dealt with for insurance. They are rude and do not take customer service to heart. They seem to go out of their way to inconvenience their clients and make simple insurance changes very difficult. I will not be using them for my insurance needs and urge others to seek out other local agents that put clients needs first.
