Good dentist! Good staff! Caring!
Love this office! Appointment wait time is minimal, staff is wonderful, and dentists are great whether you're enjoying a half hour of stand up comedy with Dr. Shaw (while simultaneously getting a tooth filled, etc.) or you're under the sweet and thorough care of Dr. Billiot. If dentists and procedures make you anxious and any pain is thy enemy, in my experience, Dr. Billiot goes above and beyond to make you comfortable. (That said, I've never felt any discomfort with Dr. Shaw either but procedures have been relatively minor.) Dr. Billiot recently removed an infected wisdom tooth with zero discomfort, made sure I felt no pain, sweetly talked me through every step, and thoroughly explained after-care. Every mouth is different, but I feared the worst with removal, which is why it ended up infected. Four days later, happy to provide feedback for a great experience.
