While affiliations are the wave of every community’s future, it is always hard, especially in a small town like Jamestown, N.Y., to see the free standing service businesses become part of larger umbrella companies. That being said, I can’t tell you how pleased I am that Rhoe Henderson made the decision he did to affiliate his outstanding insurance business with the Lawley firm in Buffalo, NY. Having the broader in-house expertise for specific pockets of insurance needs like cyber insurance through the Lawley firm behind their already stellar business, is the best our community could have. I've worked with Rhoe and his agency for decades and would recommend them for any service they offer.

Rhoe Henderson has always been very responsive any time I contacted his office. If he was not available as he was out of the office I has contacted as soon as he came in. Excellent person to deal with. Almost always had the answer right away. If he did not he researched and got back quickly.

Fortunately Iv'e never had to utilize their services but I know that they are there for me if I ever need them. They are local and that is important to me, They are there when I need to ask a question, I don't need to call them, just pay them a visit. I like that !
