Called repeatedly to try to get service scheduled. After basically being disregarded, I went elsewhere. The only reason I tried them first is because they are local and familiar with the fireplace I have.

This stove is a work of art. I watch it every night like it's my favorite show. Expertly installed. Super efficient. Worth every penny!

Terrible service work. I took parts to this small company asking for a quote. They started the work without consent and broke more parts. After waiting 2 and a half weeks and being overcharged, I was forced to bring the work back twice due to it not being done correctly. They cut glass cut to wrong measurements, used the wrong size gaskets and even jammed extra gaskets into the air wash system. I have literally redone everything they touched.
