Heard great things and saw great reviews so I gave it a try. Stopped in twice. Once to chat and get samples. No problems there. Made an appt for Matt to come measure. Did not show up or call. Called next day, he apologized, so we set another day and time to measure. Again, no call no show. I guess he just didn't want our business which is fine but I find that to be unprofessional and inconsiderate. Will not recommend.

Matt is great! Two apartments I've turned to the best in town and I'm yet to be let down. Fantastic suggestions with color combinations. Installation was timely and the final product is night and day to once was and what in now. I highly recommend Henry James!

Absolutely 100 percent satisfied with product and service. Matt was incredibly professional and kind. Very swift to return our calls and messages., He also made his care to detail very important to us. He came to our home more than once to approve the job being done and took notice of our satisfaction. The workers were were awesome. Clean. Organized. Friendly. Patient. Fast. And when finished they left our home and their working areas spotless. Thank you Dusty Carlson for overseeing a fantastic job very well done. Don & Jill Zeolle Jmst.,
