Dr.Scarpino and Debbie are very nice,I always afraid see Dentist,they make me feel very comfortable when they clean my tooth.they are very friendly,more patience.

Great experience. Like most people I was very nervous about seeing the dentist. Dr. Scarpino and his staff made me feel comfortable. Office was easy to find and very clean. If I ever need work done again I will not hesitate to make another appointment here!

HUGE RIP OFF!! SCAM YOU!! I called and I was told they take my insurance and that they are in network. As we all know our insurance pays the full amount for us to in network dentist. Then 4 months after my visit I get a bill for $234. I call my insurance company and they told me they dont cover cosmetic surgery. Well I never got cosmetic surgery!!! Of course they make it my job to call dentist scarpino and have them correct thier inaccuracies. Almost 4 weeks later I get another bill for $180. I call my insurance company again and then I am told they paid for $12 of the bill and when I told them they cover the full amount of what I had done they said yes but only to in network dentist!!! So they not only lied about being in network but also billed my insurance company for stuff they never did. Well 9 months later I call to make an appointment and I did because I assumed it was a bad secretary who made all those mistakes. Then while on the phone they tell me I owe them $50 bucks from my last amd only visit lmfao. I proceeded to tell them I do not amd I have the recipe to prove it. That's when they tell me that's not good enough and that I have to call CBJ credit recovery!!! I call CBJ credit recovery and I am told I owe them NO MONEY and they show I owe DENTIST SCARPINO NO MONEY!!! I then call dentist scarpino back and tell them this and that CBJ said they have to call them and they will tell them this. I am then told they are to busy to do that but I can come down and pay them this $50 I dont owe them and pr wait for when they get time to call CBJ. It's been over 2 weeks and they still have not called and so they are obviously SCAMMING PEOPLE AND INSURANCE COMPANY OUT OF MONEY AND THEN EVEN TRYING TO PUT DEBTS ONTO PEOPLES CREDIT HISTORY OR WITH CREDIT COLLECTORS WHEN THEY DONT EVEN OWE THEM MONEY!!!! I AM NOW 100% SURE THAT DENTIST SCARPINO IS AWARE OF THIS BEING DONE TO PEOPLE AMD INSURANCE COMPANYS AND IT IS NOT JUST SOME STUPOD SECRETARY. ALL HE HAS TO SAY IS OH WELL IT WAS AN HONEST MISTAKE MY SECRETARY OR BILLING STAFF MADE!!!

They accept blue cross but not my blue cross what's that about.
