I wish zero stars was an option. The staff was horrible, rude and disrespectful. My sister and I showed up to surprise our father who we thought was in good hands. We were told only one of us could go back. Due to Covid! Dr. Ma…..Horrible!! My father went there on Friday for an appointment, he could not speak or walk, he was going to send him home to The Commons, saying he was dehydrated at that point, He had a full-blown seizure. Dr ordered an emergency MRI at that time, but instead of getting him there via ambulance we had to wait for transport from the Commons at Saint Anthony. I asked the receptionist to call transport again and she told me it takes time. They need to wait for paperwork. After 40 minutes and approximately 15 seizures, transport showed up to take him to outpatient at Auburn Memorial. He had a CT scan because of the shaking he could not do an MRI. They sent him back to The Commons only to have the commons call 911 to be transported back to Auburn Memorial where he died for hours later. So thank you doc for your expertise. You suck

Very happy with the care my daughter is getting. Dr Hancock is knowledgeable and addresses everything with my daughter. The receptionist Michelle, is wonderful too!

Dr. Hancock is absolutely phenomenal. She not only addresses all my neurological concerns, but she goes beyond. Her attention to detail has brought me so much relief and her dedication to her patients is apparent.

The nurses, receptionists, and the Dr. that I saw were all very helpful and professional. They follow up and take care of things accordingly. They are concerned about patients needs and feelings.

Dr. Hancock is not someone that I would ever recommend as a neurologist. Is never in the office appointments are always rescheduled and the rescheduled appointment is always months away from the original appointment. Also it takes weeks for her to call in refills on prescriptions. If I had a left threatening illness I this I would be dead before she could get me in to see her
