I was excited to find this store in the Oakdale Mall. It had many miniatures that I hadn't seen at Jupiter Games. I found a game there that I had played at friends house and enjoyed. I purchased it as well as the new Eberon book for DnD 5e. When some friends came over that night I opened the game and found that the game was damaged. Several cards were marked and damaged in various ways. I returned to the store the following day with receipt in hand. They refused to help in any way. I insisted they call the manager and she also refused to help in any way although they admitted that they sold me a defective product. Great Escape Adventures does not stand behind thier products and I will not be returning, which is unfortunate as there were many items I intended to return to purchase.
