I took my wife's engagement ring that had lost a diamond in for repair. They went above and beyond what they originally said they were going to do. They replaced the diamond and also secured it better than the original design had so it wouldn't happen again in the future. Incredibly friendly and personable folks running this shop.

We went to have a relatively inexpensive stone re mounted on a gold band.nWhen explaining the budget for doing so was $500 max because the stone didn't even cost that much it was agreed upon at that price to do the work.nso, about 3 weeks later I received an email stating the cost was $850 for the same band we had originally requested!nNot a happy customer at all!! why would a business owner requote someone for almost double the original cost agreed upon? I thought only shady car dealerships pulled that one?

Great store to purchase fine jewelry pieces from their cases or specialty pieces designed and made by store owner, David. Great, friendly service. Helpful. No pressure.
