Had a great experience so far with Tracy. She was right on everything for our semi-last minute trip to Niagra Falls, Canada. Being a crazy busy time at work, she kept in touch via email frequently during the last few days. Even stayed a bit later than normal to finish up our trip details. I'll check back in after the trip!!!

I truly loved working with Elana at Birkmayer Travel. We knew we wanted to travel from DC to Greece to Norway. We had no idea where to start. I sat in front of the computer with a feeling of hopelessness. I called Elana and she took the helm and planned a wonderful vacation for us. She made all our flight reservations and recommended an upgrade to economy plus. Best recommendation ever as tickets included: special line at check-in, TSA PreCheck, larger seat size with leg room. We were allowed to check 2 x 50# bags ( which we didn’t need,) all the drinks and alcohol we wanted, better meals - appreciated on long flights. Actually more food then we could eat. We flew SAS airlines on all our flights. We had accommodations in Greece and only needed a rental car. Elana arranged for that. Elana listened to what we wanted to do in Norway, made recommendations and booked all of our hotels and car. No hiccups except we got an inferior room at one hotel. A conversation with the front desk and our room was switched.nI highly recommend Elana for your travel needs.
