I have owned a vehicle from this location for two years. I dropped it off to be fixed and the service I received from the woman that works the desk in the service department was unbelievable!!! She was amazing, highly recommend this location.

Never will I buy from here or any jdbyrider again the most two-faced dealings you'll ever see smiles for sales and silence for service or twisting it around to it's your fault because you bought a used cars. Their marked up 3 to 4 times kbb. your better off buying a used car from Craigslist or marketplace you'll get the same warranty, you've got to pay out of pocket, but you'll get a more honest answer for the cars history through marketplace and better price. Called them a week after complaining about a shutter in the brakes service said it would be a month before they could look at it then was told well you did buy a used car so...ud83eudd37nSo I replaced them myself because my kids are in this. Then had to replace tires because they just patched them instead of replace, you know as cheap as possible. I did successfully get them to replace the windshield after a couple months though woohoo, their service department is terrible after looking through all these reviews there is no professionalism or care once you've signed the dotted line. And no I'm not going to call that number you give all your one start reviews almost like an auto response. I'll just grit my teeth complete this contact and hope my review saves people a lot of hassle and anguish by avoiding y'all. I can't think of anything good about this place at all, Everyone I talk to will know to stay far away!!!

This place is ridiculous I will never ever deal with them again I will not recommend them to anyone. I purchased a vehicle from them on September 2 and still on the 24th of September they still have not paid off the vehicle I traded in. If your looking for a vehicle I would recommend anywhere else than this place
