Food is outstanding. It's definitely not the same quality as has been in the past but we still love it. Examples: Kids meals used to have fresh grapes, now apple sauce, kids toy came with the meal, my kids got a small box of crayons yesterday. My favorite item used to be the Turkey Bacon Avocado Salad with amazing romaine lettuce and now has a spring mix which is just not as filling and doesn't taste as amazing. Desserts are as always, delicious. Also, they just changed their rewards program and it is very difficult to not only redeem your rewards but also you have to scan (take a picture) of your whole receipt and submit it to the app for points. No barcode, and no immediate points gathering. Their new rewards program is more difficult than their old one...

Great experience! We went on a really busy day and ordered carry out, and it was taking a really long time. An employee came out to apologize and asked if he could get us a free dessert for the wait (and the wait didn’t even feel that long). So he got us a really nice and expensive dessert. The food was amazing once we got it! Definitely a more expensive sandwich than you’ll normally find, but worthwhile for the taste. Probably the best bakery and sandwich shop chain I’ve had in Utah.

I love all of the food I've ever gotten at Kneaders! And the service is always amazing!!! But I hate how expensive every trip is. I always feel bad when my Dad offers to take me and my 2 sisters to lunch, because he never pays any less than $75-$100 for the 4 of us to have lunch.

Great sandwiches and desserts. Restaurant is always clean and very homie. Favorite is the Turkey Bacon Avocado but there all good. Favorite dessert is chocolate dome and key lime tart.
