Wilson Dental

Our experience was overall good. It was clean the only thing I would change is seats should be wiped down after each patient. Other than that it was clean and looked good. Staff was very nice and pleasant.

I would have rated it higher, but was really upset by the way they handled our visit. I'm a single parent of an 11 year old. My child isn't comfortable going in alone, so I asked for us to have back to back visits with the same provider. We scheduled the first appointments with no issue. when the office called to confirm our appointment, I was informed that my child would not be able to stay in the office during my appointment. I was told to bring another adult who would stay in the car and my child would go sit with this person after her appointment. Because confirmation was 24 hours prior to the appointment and I wouldn't have time to find somebody else to take a half day of work off so that my child and I could go to the dentist, I had to cancel. I made the second appointment with the understanding that another grown-up would need to be outside waiting in the car. I made special arrangements for someone to make an hour-long journey just to sit in the parking lot with my child because once again when I scheduled the appointment the office stated that this was the policy. My child and I arrived for our appointment, registered and when we were called inside we were told that we were going to be in the same room at the same time and we were not required to have my daughter leave to go to the car after her appointment. So my second adult made an hour-long trip special to sit with my child for no reason. That infuriated me to no end!! On the flip side, the dental hygienist did an amazing job and had a light hand. The dentist was quick to examine me, but seemed thorough. I was in the middle of my cleaning when they were trying to explain how my child's exam went. I wasn't offered the opportunity to ask any questions while my child was in the seat. When I got finished with my exam and cleaning I asked to ask the dentist a question about my child's visit only to be told I needed to come back with her for an orthodontic consult. The dentist wouldn't even answer my question. I was very disappointed in that.

Very pleased with my visit, as always! Entire staff I encounter have consistently been extremely professional,efficient and thorough. I really,really like my hygienist Zoya and the Dentists have been excellent. As a patient who is approaching sixty years old and been to many dentists offices over my life I highly recommend Wilson Dental to anyone family, friends or otherwise.

I have been coming to Wilson Dental for a couple of years now and I love my dentist. She always remembers me and greets me with a smile. My dental hygienist Zoya is the best dental hygienist. I am requesting her personally to take care of my boyfriend's dental needs. She is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Explains my situation with me to a tee. I’ve gone here for years. I can’t tell you why. Every time is a nightmare. One visit they can accommodate certain issues, next visit “they’ve never done that before”. Got snuck up on and stuck with ketamine 4 years ago during a horrendous wisdom tooth removal. They couldn’t put me to sleep bc they didn’t listen to me about not having any veins for them to put an IV in at the consult. They know I have extreme dental anxiety problems from when I was a child, or at least it’s listed in my chart. Another visit I was left waiting in a dentists chair for an hour & when I asked what’s going on they said, “oh that dentist went home sick an hour ago”, now how am I supposed to know that after you’ve already seated me? Today, I went in for EXTREME pain one week after having a root canal. Was told to salt water rinse & was dismissed. This pain is causing me to lose consciousness. But I guess that’s fine, right? I get snipped at for asking questions. Honestly.. I do not understand. Feels like an alternate universe full of ant people in there. It’s a tooth/money making factory, & that’s about it.
