I have had an excellent working experience with Mr.Theodore Koniowka, in the Village of Green Island Section 8 (HUD) Office. He is professional, completely organized and well versed on any changes to the Housing and Urban Development Laws each year. Renewal of Leases are prepared months ahead of your deadline. He is a person who understands it takes time to compile needed information from many sources. We found out we are both retirees of Albany County from two different offices who shared information for NYS reports. It has always been a pleasure working with him.
