Anyone who has their own employees leave positive reviews is suspect. Read the truth about this company on Glassdoor and other websites and especially read the ones about their HR staff's lack of professionalism.

This is by far the best company I have ever worked for!!

My experience was incredibly awesome. The representative that helped me was Lynette Edwards. She was extremely helpful!!! A dental office sent me a bill from 2 years ago (They had the wrong ID# and they were unable to file the claim and I'm just receiving a letter in 2017!!). I wouldn't have known this If Lynette hadn't taken the time to go through the leg work and figure this out. She was very patient, kind, and she is the true description of a good customer service representative. Thank you Lynette! Blueshield of Northeastern New York you have an excellent employee!
