I was sold a lemon and when trying to rectify the situation I was treated poorly by rude unprofessional staff. The car had so much potential but due to the incompatible parts after market retail priced that were installed to save money since the repairs were still under warranty its virtually worthless. don't buy here.

Always consistently helpful and knowledgeable.I have been going there for many years...buy all my cars. If I need mine worked on.. Its my go-to place.. Hands down.

They are garbage brought my car in first time to get barring replaced they put in a new used spindle with no new barring and lied and told me there was a new one. Then I go to pick up the car all the lights are on check engine 4wd everything I asked why and they try to tell me it was on when i dropped the car off so I had to bring it back agian for them to fix something they lied about this place is garbage and unprofessional..I just recently had to go back and get my barring replaced because these idots never changed the one out of the used spindle they gave me. Then they finish my car and never told me I had to curse them out to get my car back the same day or they would of had it just sitting there overnight for no reason..don't go here go to real mechanics this place of full of cheap skates and short cuts.

Bought a Jetta which was a bit overpriced. I had check engine lights come on several times after buying the car. Ultimately had to get new spark plugs and catalytic converter, which they fully covered under warranty.nnProblem is: they will spend as little money as possible and even use used parts off of vehicles they have already sitting on their lot. The catalytic converter was an aftermarket, and not the original equipment for a Volkswagen, as was the MAF Sensor, so I keep getting issues and check engine lights from the inappropriate ones they put on my vehicle. They also welded the new catalytic converter on too close to the underside of the car and the O2 sensor was being jammed into the car body, and started malfunctioning. Beware of their low quality work.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I made the mistake of buying two vehicles from Kevin Gendron and both needed thousands of dollars in repairs within months of purchase. When I confronted Kevin about this he was dismissive and said I should expect that from a used vehicle. What I expect was to purchase a SAFE vehicle I understand that used vehicles have issues but we're taking about major safety problems. BUYER BEWARE his business model is to buy cars at auction then move them with as little possible maintenence. He has no interest in customer service and has no problem ruining the family business; Gendron's used to be a quality, reliable place to buy used cars. He's a modern-day snake oil salesmen...update December 2018...car now needs $1000 transmission repair. Worst decision ever buying a vehicle off this jerk. STAY AWAY
