Cohoes Fire Department

Appalled. Nearly died of CO poisoning, fire department approved the air quality. National Grid showed up and said we could've easily died. National Grid saved our lives...not the fire department, my trust which was already weary has been shattered. Went down there to explain this to the individuals that work there, not even an apology, simply passing the blame on to my landlord. This is not a joke, I am one hundred percent serious. I will be filing a complaint with the city on Monday regardless of what they have to say. I don't care if they get in any trouble, I am sure these individuals mean well and have saved many lives, however this needs to be documented for the good of the public. If they approve you to go back inside after your Carbon Monoxide alarms go off, wait for National Grid to show up because you may never wake up again, except to realize you are dying in your bed. Despondent is an understatement. 0 stars.
