great facility and wonderful friendly staff. but I'm very concerned about the nurse. she did not wear gloves nor sanitize her hands before handling my child. her hands were very ashy no lotion and looked quite germy. this was a major health scare and turn off especially with the safety measure we're suppose to be taking due to covid. as a CNA I know what I'm talking about. I don't know if I'll be returning. This made me very uncomfortable. :( this is something that should not be taken lightly. you shouldn't be a nurse if you can't follow these very important guidelines that we are taught in nursing school.

My son has been going there since we moved here 17 yrs ago. They are the best group of Drs. nurses and office staff in NY State. They are professional, kind, and caring. They make you feel like family .

Been going to this group since my daughter was 5 she is now 12 and I just had another baby girl who also goes here.

We started using this group when our daughter was born 7 yrs ago. Despite moving about 30-40 minutes away since then, we continue to have them take care of our kids. Always a positive experience; from interactions with the lovely receptionists, to working with their attentive nurse, to talking with the great doctors. We really appreciate the daily call in hour, and the scheduling flexibility they maintain that allows us to get a sick kid in if the call warrants concern. I'd recommend these guys to everyone.
