I removed my first review as a show of good faith. That was a mistake.nnAfter the first appointment, Mr. Viagrande neither called the prescription in to the pharmacy nor returned calls. The response on my first review advised they had computer issues but they never returned calls or emails to explain.nnTwo weeks after the first (only) visit, the receptionist called to schedule a follow up/med check. When informed the medication had never been issued, she said she would have Mr. Viagrande call the prescription in that day and scheduled a follow up appointment. It's been an additional 2 weeks and again, the prescription was not called in.nnWhen calling to cancel the follow up med check, the office cited a computer hacker attack. They also asked if I was sure the medication had not been prescribed.nnIt's a shame that Mr. Viagrande does not follow through with treatment. He seems knowledgeable and personable, but that is not a substitute for treatment.

I can't say enough great things about Christopher, and his staff. Extremely friendly, knowledgable, and sincere. I'm normally a very anxious person opening up to new people, but he's a great listener and very personable. He can both relate to your situation, and work with you until you find what helps that situation. 100% satisfied. Thanks again!

I've been seeing Chris for just about a year now, and have been more than happy with him and how he handles my care! He's super easy to talk too, and he genuinely cares about his patients! I love that he has a sense of humor and makes each appointment fun. He talks with me instead of at me, and doesn't make me feel bad about my mental health illness. Anyone struggling with mental health issues should definitely consider, Chris!

First off let me say NP Chris is one of the most professional doctors I have ever been treated by. He truly cares about his patients and listens to you like a REAL psych would, i have shared stories of Iraq and where alot of my issues stem from. I feel extremely comfortable telling him anything. I honestly thank God that our paths crossed and he helped me get my life back to a healthy way. If you suffer from ptsd, survivors guilt, super anxiety or anything else that's hurting you deep inside, he is the man to talk to. He truly cares about his patients and there well being i feel great after our sessions. Your mental health is extremely important. I wouldn't go anywhere else and i highly recommend his services. I have been a patient for many years. He has been there through all my ups and downs, never judging me. He has made me a much better/stronger person then I use to be and for that I am so grateful!
