Watervliet City Court

Its hard to write this because it is so hurtful. Today I had a Pre-trial conference. I waited for two hours to see a prosecutor and then a judge, Susan B. Reinfurt. The prosecutor I had seen was Joanna Gleason.nToday I do not believe justice was properly served. I had sat in court and got to watch 58 other people go before me. Two were for inspections that had been expired and then were corrected. Those cases were dismissed. Remember this is not a fix it ticket. There is no time period to get it fixed and it is solely up to the prosecutor to deliver a recommendation to the judge.nI asked why mine was different and her response was that I did not have it corrected as fast as the others or within 24 hours. I waited two weeks to get it corrected. If it is not a fix it ticket and I had a perfectly clean drivers license and got it fixed why am I fined?nIs this because I had a prior record? Is it because of who I'am? A proud Colombian, Italian, American. How can a time frame be established if this is not a fix it ticket? I know I was guilty and I'm not debating that. The clerks are so rude. I mean my wife recorded about 15 minutes of disgusting remarks from 2 different people.. They think they sit up on the throne like the judge. Hell they are worst then the judge which BTW he is very nice and soft spoken.. They should all be without a job after I make this recording go viral on Facebook twitter Instagram and whatever else I think of to stop these people from treating the next person like they treated my wife

Money scam. Police only patrol two roads in waterveliet. Don't be on your phone like the officers...for they are above the law

Absolute trash. Made over 30 people wait outside in the freezing cold because they didn’t have enough security for all of us. I was treated like an animal.
