Troy City Court

I was told I didn't have enough proof. He signed a note that he will give me 300 a mnth with his bank card & finish 1dy a wk work till pd off. He left my Foundation 1/2 done now caving in don't know what to do. He lied Underoath & scammed another customer since. If there was a lie detector test I would have won hands down. I'm Devastated.

I am sure that is fairies case-by-case but my original ordeal with Troy City Court I believe was very fair. The judge has a very fair ruling, and will allow some time to pay your fines if needed. The Personnel was Pleasant and professional. I am hoping not to return of course, but overall they're doing a great job!

Court Clerk doesnt know if its a Common Law court or an Admirality Law court. My suggestion is to always Demand Proof of Jurisdiction from Judge here if there is no Injured Party. I guess that will be the only way to get an answer.
