We just had new carpet installed throughout our basement, for an unbeatable price. Ron and Robbie got it done in a few hours. They did an excellent job! I’d like to thank Dorothy for helping us pick the right product. I highly recommend Big Bob’s Carpets!

Jason was the greatest at getting us the carpet we needed and we were set up for a quick install. Ron and Robby came out at the exact time promised. Worked hard and did extras! They were polite and the job was done with great results. I will be going here for all my carpet/flooring needs! Check them out!!

My customer experience with the Covington store was an email on August 4th letting me know that someone would reach out to me in 2-4 days to set an appointment for measurements . August 10th I reached back out to the store because no one had contacted me, and received an email back on August 11th that someone would be reaching out to me that day.nnI met the person doing the measurements on August the 11th, and he stated they would get them back to the store. I reached out August 13th to follow up on next steps from the store. I was told that they would get the measurements back when the installers are done with a big job, today 14 days later I haven’t heard back from the store.

Jason was awesome! Out first measurement guy was a no show, I reached out to Jason and he took care of the situation. The installers were awesome. Great price! Will definitely use again!
