super friendly staff helped me find what i needed
The worst customer service I’ve ever received. I placed an online pickup order and was given the wrong order. They couldn’t cancel my order because the money would be refunded back to the gc I used which I threw away after getting my bag before noticing it wasn’t even my order. I called ulta guest services multiple times and was on the phone for 45 minutes. I was told by two people I can’t get my money back and one person disconnected me. Don’t ever buy a gc there and don’t ever purchase online or they will rob you of your money.
I have never encountered a rude employee. They are always ready to help. It's nice that they ask their customers if they need anything instead of the other way around. Love their products and how they manage everything👏
COVID19 INSANE! They require customers to wear a mask, which they won't provide. They have taped up all the samples so GOOD LUCK finding the correct shade and yet.....when you check out using a card , they don't clean the card machine screen? Big hole there guys since HOW MANY PEOPLE TOUCHED IT TODAY?
