I had my husband's Zenith chronograph serviced performed Last month. The watch came back looking fabulous and is more accurate than the day he bought it.

I am sending a one year old Carrera watch in for the third time to be repaired for the same problem. The crown and stem fall out with very little use. The first time within the first couple of days, the second time within 24 hours of wear, and the last time within six weeks. The company refuses to acknowledge that this is a poorly made watch.
