The family feel that you get is amazing. They make you feel like a person by making sure you are getting the best deal on all your medication
We were blatantly disrespected by the owner. There was no compassion, patience or understanding as we were trying to figure out a resolution to an issue. We were told that they needed to get back to filling prescriptions rather than assisting us while we were still asking questions. We were met with a condescending attitude from the beginning which did not set a great tone for the conversation.
i like Ludlow Pharmacy. they have always been very helpful and courteous . They always welcome everyone when entering the store thank you and wish you a good day! Customer service at its finest!
Ludlow Pharmacy is an old style kind of place. Although the original location was moved several years ago they still have that friendly home town feel. Now they may not offer all of the amenities that their national competitors offer but rest assured that they can fill all of your prescription needs. They also have a drive thru for your convenience as cold weather approaches! The staff is friendly as always and the store is very clean. As always, Enjoy!
