I highly recommend J Thomas Jewelers!! The staff is extremely friendly and is very knowledgeable in regards to fine jewelry. Lenny went out of his way to help me pick out the perfect necklace for my girlfriend's birthday. Their pricing is extremely fair and reasonable! Their collection of jewelry is second to none as fine, beautiful, exquisite and elegant!!

Very unprofessional and pampas. To think i was coming here to spend money and I'm very glad I didn't. I will no longer be a returning guest. I have lived in sparta for years and have been a loyal patron. Get a clue and get a system dealing and working through Covid. Your adjusted business hours are terrible. Customer service is even worse. No system to service guest accept who's the fastest and easiest picking up. How does someone get to pick up unless they dropped off and paid?! Happily moving on to another local jewelry who values customer experience

I'm in a buyer remorse . They THINK they solved the problem but.... My purchase continues to fall off. At a $ 3,500.00 price tag. I'm not happy

Nice store. Nice jewelry. Staff was courteous. I didn’t give them five stars because at that time I was simply looking and actually would have probably come back to buy because I am into supporting local business. But after giving the price and then giving another price...saying it’s good right now or we wouldn’t give you that price again made me go to their competition.nnMaybe their sales staff was told to sell but when someone’s looking at something what they feel is expensive sometimes we need time to decide.nnGive us your best price to start and if we are interested we will buy.nnI would give them a chance again but I ended up forming a nice relationship with their competitors in town and wouldn’t return. But in all fairness the shop had a nice selection so perhaps the price thing was just a poorly made decision by the salesperson I was dealing with.
