Concentra Urgent Care

The nurse, Selena, was super helpful and answered every question I had. And on top of that, she handled my 39 year old self acting like a 5 year old getting a shot like a straight pro. She didn't even flinch when I screamed. Skills!

The staff there make things easy from the front desk all the way through the visit. The reason I could not give a 10 is that the staff are clearly overworked (not their fault!), and a better staff to client ratio would have improved things. Still, very good visit.

The location is excelent and precise, it has a good presentation, and biosecurity control, the receptión Staff and medical assistants are very attentive and efficient ,as far as Dr. Shanthi Reddy is very professional, attentive and very understanding, she finds the best way to satisfy and soothe the pain to the pacient Either in his medicine or delivery of the implements to improve before the therapy or other treatment.

Both ladies were AMAZING! Selina's shots were painless and the awesome lady at the front with the blonde hair was quick and very professional. As a medical professional, I would definitely recommend them!

The Place is clean and full of light. The staff is helpful friendly and eyes were willing to do more than necessary. It is a very friendly and safe place to go.
