Joe at Total Care was recommended to me by a friend. I couldn't be happier. I had total knee replacement at the end of January, and I am well on my way to recovery. I'm even considering my 2nd knee due to the experience with PT. The whole team are professional and supportive. I actually enjoy going!

I injured my knee and was experiencing pain when doing ordinary activities I had done all my life, so I decided to try physical therapy. I had never been to a physical therapy session before so I wasn't sure what to expect. However, from DAY 1, Tom and his team gave me the confidence to believe my knee would heal. I started attending twice a week, and I am happy to say that my knee is in a MUCH better place today than it was at the start. I always felt welcome and appreciated by all of the staff, from the front desk to the assistants who helped me. But most notably, I credit Tom and his expertise for making the difference - he not only always had a positive attitude, but also possesses an extensive knowledge of the science and techniques behind the physical therapy. His level of expertise always made me believe that we had a rational course of action that was moving in the direction of the objective (my knee's recovery in this case). Overall, not only is the environment very positive and conducive to patients' recoveries, but the staff is great. I have chatted with each of the people that I worked with (Tom in particular), and at the end of each session, I always felt that I WANTED to come back because not only was I improving, but I was enjoying myself.nnIf I ever need physical therapy again, I would not hesitate to return to this office. Joe and Tom are real life superhero’s. I can not say enough about how amazed I am at my results. Their genuine compassion, knowledge and treatment are beyond what I expected. After 6 months of treatment from a car accident, their team have become like family. I have never had such a positive experience with any other medical provider before.
