I was referred to Frank by my surgeon, after having an epidural, and to say that I was skeptical of physical therapy again, after my experience 7 years ago, was an understatement. Somehow this experience was different. I was actually receiving personalized care, and not being given a list of exercises to do and off the the next patient. From the beginning, Frank gave me hope. His positive uplifting spirit provided me with a new perspective on life and journey towards healing. Frank's philosophy on overall health and connection of mind, body and soul contributed to my recovery. Frank's approach to my rehab was unique, unlike any other, and honestly what physical therapy should be...a combination of education and exercise, not just the latter. Frank has allowed me to return to the things I love, running, fitness classes, and lifting light weights again through his expertise and approach. Most importantly, he gave me a new outlook on life. I came to Frank after visiting two other PT facilities. Both came highly recommended. However both were places where I met briefly with the PT and then was sent to work on my own, on gym equipment. I had a herniated disc and another bulging disc. I was also seeing a neurosurgeon at the time who was discussing the possibility of back surgery due to the fall. Frank turned it around and I never needed that back surgery. Through his 1:1 hands-on treatment, Frank educated me about my spine, gave me exercises to do at home, but most importantly, spent the entire 30 minutes working on my injury. I learned so much, too!nOne year later I have NO back pain!! I would highly recommend Spine & Orthopaedic Physical Therapy! There is no other facility that even compares!!! You won't be disappointed!!!!

I am usually skeptical and a hard critic, but I must say I did not expect this place and this therapist so good. Frank Previte is a phenomenal physical therapist and exactly what one needs when they are going through the agony of recovering from spine injury. Frank has the experience, patience and compassion to help heal the injury and the mental agony which goes with it in a very light and humorous way.nI would highly recommend this place and would keep coming back myself.
