Dean's Quality Transmissions

I had a really good experience at dean's transmission with getting my 2015 jeep compass transmission maintenance services at about 75000 miles. It turned out that my transmission is pretty different from other typical ones but they still got it done very quickly and professionally. I really appreciate them helping and my transmission is already running smoother. It also smelt great in the office-like lemon or citrus or something clean like that, to some, like fruit loops. Turns out it was orange butter cream. Anyway, just a side note there. Thanks again, I will be returning when needed and recommending to others.

We live out of state and recently returned to Utah county on a family vacation. Our check engine light came on. A diagnostic test indicated a transmission issue. GREAT PLACE TO GET GREAT SERVICE!!!!! Brought my wife's Nissan Pathfinder for a transmission flush after finding discoloration in the fluid as well as a weird shifting sensation while driving. Was recommended to me from a co-worker who's grandfather used them long ago. After his test drive Tyson explained to me that what he felt with the transmission was nothing a flush would fix. He was straight-up with me explaining that, although he would do the flush if I really wanted it, it wouldn't solve anything and he didn't want to charge me for something I didn't need. He told me it was probably time to get rid of this Pathfinder since they have a bad history with their transmissions and this one has actually lasted longer than most without a rebuild. His advice to me was to use the thousands of dollars that I would use for a rebuild and instead put that as a down payment on a newer model vehicle. Sound advice that I will do happily knowing I did not spend high dollar cash on a hopeless project. I feel that I can trust the guys at DEAN'S QUALITY TRANSMISSION to give me the best advise for my transmission issues and highly recommend them to anyone who doesn't want to be taken advantage of.
