Drove 77 miles to this location as they were the only ones open on that date. I was told that the tire was not repairable and the car was "unsafe to leave the parking lot". I explained that the tire had road hazard protection from another shop and if was indeed not repairable then I would drive an additional 77 miles back home then head to grand junction the next day that held the company road hazard warranty. Long story short even after explaining the concerns from this Walmart to my normal tire shop, I was assured it was a safe and a no brainier patch. Don't know if I'm being duped by my current shop or if this Walmart was lacking the skill to assess the situation correctly. All i do know was before mentioning the road hazard warranty that was in place this Walmart crew was quick to point out that it's a Subaru and should have all 4 changed at the same time(normal for awd vehicles) but lost all steam and just said they would back it out when I mentioned the warranty the tires had and wouldn't have a sale. Either way this Walmart killed 3 hours of fuel and my time on the day I saw them then an additional full day to drive a round trip of 6 hours, fuel, and a full workday to the warrantied shop to find out that a patch is all that was needed.

Took my car oil in for an oil change and immediately after my car started leaking oil which it wasn’t doing before. Within two weeks of the change my car was two quarts low!!! Took it to another Walmart auto store and they redid the change and amazingly the leak stopped. Not sure what went wrong but I would NOT trust my car to this crew again. It literally looked like a bunch of kids fresh out of high school were working there.

My husband got up at 6:30am Sat morning so he could arrive at 7am to get an OIL change because that’s when they say online that they open. He figured if he got there as soon as they open he wouldn’t have to wait. No one showed up until 8:15am... Maybe the open time should be changed online if you aren’t going to schedule employees to come until 8:15.

These guys never answer their phone. When I went in to actually take it to get an oil change it was 7:30 am they told me it would take 4 hours because they “had other appointments at 8am” I was the only one there and there were 3 people in the back doing nothing. It takes me 15-20 minutes to do my own oil change on my car.

If you need a quick oil change, Walmart is by far the cheapest place you can get a full synthetic oil change. For a bit more than it'd cost to do yourself. The staff were super friendly, and it was done relatively quickly. Decided to do some shopping while I waited and it worked out perfectly.
