Repaired my big rock chip very quickly. I was in and out in 15 minutes. High quality work and very professional. I'll absolutely be taking my business here in the future.
TechnaGlass has been bought or otherwise taken over by Safelite. My experience with Safelite was most disappointing, and I cannot recommend them at all. The business was impossible to connect with by phone (their 1-877- phone maze finally ended with directions to contact their online customer service); their customer service then took 2 days to respond to my emailed inquiry (the only offered method of contact); and their response was to tell me that they weren't open that day (I emailed on Thursday about noon). I then took my business elsewhere, so I cannot say how their price for my windshield might compare. It would have to be pretty low to justify giving them my business!
I was told that it would take an hour to 90 minutes but it took well over two hours. They also tried to charge $40+ more than I had been quoted on the phone. They credited it back to me but I was bothered that it happened. The work was top notch and the employees were very kind.
Great service, great price and excellent personal experience
They were quick with a service and my wind shield looks great. They will have my business again.
