Very disappointing. Call because of all the reviews, asked for the price to ha e someone come out, was told there is no charge for a service call. Asked for an estimate to unclog a kitchen drain, they said they could give an estimate over the phone. Asked for a “ballpark”, same answer. When they arrived, the service guy told me without even looking at it what the cost was... $470 some dollars! I’ve had the same drain unclogged for $150.nnDon’t waste your time. If they can’t give you a ballpark over the phone, that means they plan on taking advantage of you. Very disappointed... will never call these guys again...
As a single mother I am so careful how I spend my money on any services.This was myActual first time using this company I was sorta nervous since I’ve heard it was pricey. The tech Damian came he was very detailed when explaining to me what needed to be done. The day of the work he arrived ON TIME which is always a plus he finished the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself. He also helped me find a coupon for services, he completed the paperwork and was very professional when explaining it to me about the warranty on the labor. I would consider using this company again

I called the night before with a clogged kitchen sink.nnThey booked an appointment for the next morning, 8 - 10 a.m.nnGot a call about 7:30 that they were on their way.nnRussell arrived on time and got to work. Very personable and friendly. Kept his social distance (as did I) and wore proper protective equipment.nnGot the drain clean and took the time to explain what he thought might be going on and provided some tips to help prevent it in the future.nnOverall, very pleased!
Scott (Tech 4568) was very nice and listened to our concerns about our water pressure. He was able to quickly diagnose what the problem was based on what we had told him had happened. He was professional, knowledgeable, and although it was late in the afternoon, went to pick up the parts we needed, then returned to install one of them the same evening. He returned the next morning to finish installing the second part. We would definitely use Roto-Rooter again and will request Scott as our technician!
