2006 Duramax went into limp mode and shut down. Randall Huff ,Mona ,Utah I'm not a mechanic and I have only worked on my own vehicles. I had a engine failure in Payson Canyon. I tried all the tricks that I could and couldn't restart my truck. This is the first Duramax I have owned and I searched the internet and advice forums. Nothing worked . I called the dealer that I bought the truck from and he suggested S & L Automotive : " James knows more about diesels than anyone " he said. I had AAA haul it a d and James had it diagnosed 15 minutes after it arrived. He ordered the necessary parts and installed in record time. I was amazed and happy to have it done so fast and reasonable. I am in his debt now for the fix and the education he provided.

S and L is amazing. They are very honest and professional. I can trust them with anything I need fixed. They also have some of tge best mechanics around. I would recommend them to anyone.

You can not beat these guys. What a blessing to find a place that did not take advantage of some one traveling from out of state. They took us right in and worked hard and got us out the same day. These guys know what they are doing and the pride in their work shows. Wish I could bring them back to Colorado for future mechanical needs.
