Dr. Segal is FANTASTIC! I saw her after developing some issues a year after having a baby. She is patient, takes the time to explain what's going on in the body and is very practical in how to be successful on a treatment plan at home. Highly recommend her for pelvic floor therapy!

A year ago I went to Dr Segal after my C-section. BEST thing I did for my postpartum recovery. C-section moms, you need PT too! She helped me with my scar sensitivity after the OBGYN dismissed my pain, taught me about scar massaging and helped educate me on regaining my core strength. A cesarían is major abdominal surgery so recovery of the core is so essential. A year later I still recommend her.

I visited Dr Segal today and she was absolutely AMAZING. I have been told by 10 doctors that I have diastis recti and required surgery. After one very thorough and comprehensive examination she was able to dissect every piece of my anatomy and pin point each area that needed some attention. She even determined that I do not have diastis and made some thoughtful recommendations on things I need to do differently to rectify my issues. She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, thorough, honest, and professional. She spent so much time with me explaining everything. I feel so blessed and grateful to have found her. Best money I have ever spent.
