What an incredible experience from start to finish. Craig was incredible. I completely trusted them from the moment I talked to them on the phone, to the moment they told me what needed repairs on my truck. I was informed, treated with kindness and professionalism. I have taken both my vehicles to Dickerson and have always had a great experience. I really like how they do an inspection report along with an oil change, they even include pictures. They do not pressure you into getting repairs, but are very helpful and will point out things that need attention on your vehicle.
There have been two times now that I’ve had urgent car issues. They’ve fit me into their schedule, fixed the problem, and the car is running great. They seem like they genuinely care, everyone is kind and professional.
They've always done great work on my vehicles and finished jobs quickly. Their prices are fair and the people are great.
