Morristown Municipal Court

The good reviews are from people who work there or in. close contact. call for yourself. They never answer the phone, they always have to call you back. When you call and ask for assistance, it's like you're a bother and they have a nasty attitude. Simple short answers, with. no explanation. They're just like too bad, figure it out. I'm pretty sure their job duties include answering phones and assisting. Just overall disappointing and sad. You. should really strive to do better. Don't forget you work for the people.

Such poor customer service of reception desk. It's discrimination for those English are not first language. I don’t hold much hope for court day.

I got a ticket doing a service for a client and i had a guest pass in my car that the police officer clearly did not see! I called the clerk and explained what happened she said that I had to come in to talk to prosecutor on my court date. I went to court at 1:30 as the paper indicated. I spoke to the clerk who gave me a slip to see the prosecutor and so i stood on the line and a lawyer came and cut me and another women. Then the police officer told me to wait inside until my number is called. I waited for 1 hour 1/2 at this point I had to pick up my children from school and i stated that i had to leave and I will be back with my kids. They told me that i couldn't leave until i saw the prosecutor. No one had any sympathy at all. My review is a no star they were like robots at that place and the police officer sent me to the window and then the window clerk sent back to to the police officer. Never helping me out. IT was insanity and fraustrating. I've gone to other courts in the past and the officer would talk to the prosecutor for me especially when there's children involved. NOPE NOT HERE.The customer service skills were none and they ticketed me unfairly and treated me like a criminal. I feel sorry for morristown people who get ticket for NO Reason! It's so stidgy how the cop ticketed me absolutley for nothing! Just beware there a cop who sit across morristown hospital and just ticket for parking even if you have a guest pass! Way to take hard working peoples money especially parents with children. smh
