He repaired the cracked screen on my Apple Watch 4. I went on vacation the week after my watch was fixed. I was in the pool for no more than an hour. By the time I went to bed, my phone was dead, or at least that’s what I thought. I placed it on the charger and woke up the next morning and it was still “dead”. I tested my wife’s watch to make sure the charger was working properly and it was. I still placed the watch back on the charger to charge and after another few hours of charging it still would not power on. Out of frustration I shook the watch and it slipped out of my hand. When it landed on the floor, the back side cracked slightly and that’s when water came out. So now it was apparent that my watch was not charging because somehow water had got inside. So my once water proof Apple Watch 4 was no longer water proof after it was “repaired” by this location. I took my watch back just to be told by him that there was nothing he could do. “I fixed the screen and used the same glue as apple” was his response. I’m so annoyed I wasted my money fixing the screen. If I would’ve known him fixing the screen would make it no longer water proof, I would have just paid the apple store to fix it CORRECTLY so it would still be fully functional!
