CareOne at Livingston

Care One Rehab took good care of my family member. The staff is very professional and willing to go above and beyond to make sure the patients get the care they need. The facility is clean and bright!

Staff was attentive to your needs and care, very personable and professional. However, the kitchen cooks were very disrespectful towards the nursing staff when a patient tells the nursing staff about meal and ask if they could get them something else, the cooks would get very nasty and disrespectful to the nursing staff who is trying to accommodate the patient needs and wants, other than that I would recommend CareOne at Livingston for any Rehabilitation.

I worked at CareOne SNF and ALF as a receptionist for 4 years, and I have to say the facility, staff, and owners truly care about providing the best non-emergent care they can in the most affordable way. I worked with the current administrator during my time as a receptionist and watched her advocate and personally sacrifice to ensure the comfort, health, and safety of the residents. I know her to spend her weekends helping residents get personal belongings from their former-homes, ensuring access to religious services and voting, and providing as much contact with loved ones as could be safely provided during this pandemic. The nursing staff continually strives to provide the best care they can to the diverse resident populations at the SNF. The Rehab staff is made up of some of the kindest people I have ever met. Frequently, residents come to CareOne under tough circumstances with families that are already stretched to their limit—CareOne does everything they can to help these residents and their loved ones.

Careone should be called Care None of Livingston. Environment is very sad due to staff unpleasant demeanor. Diversity is out the window nursing assistant staff is very unpleasant minus two or three every one seems to be angry and bitter every day and I've been hear for almost a month, they will answer your call bell at their leisure most request are accommodated at their leisure just asking for a cup of ice is a chore. Kitchen staff Linda sweet and very nice above and beyond all others just unfriendly. R.N are empathetic too your needs very nice bad experience with one very tall nurse talks down too you very unprofessional. I made a complaint to one nurse used too speak too me every day want speak to much at all so sad. Careone did one thing it made me realize I will never ever consider placing a love one in any nursing facility thank you for that.,and if you are considering a facility do extensive research. Update: first, thank you too the physical therapy staff Anna, Kelvin and the rest of the therapy staff for making physical therapy really pleasant, to the management staff at Careone thank you for coming to my room and addressing my grievance in a timely manner ud83dude42
