Today I purchased a 2019 Silverado from them. Absolutely the best experience I've ever had with any dealership. Fair , honest and upfront with your trade in value , price of their vehicles. I showed up without an appointment after my tire went flat after running over something on the road. They graciously made space to service my vehicle and arranged a shuttle back to my house when my tire couldn’t be replaced the same day and also shuttled me back to the service center when my vehicle was ready the next morning. I greatly appreciated their customer service.
My appointment was made quickly and I was greeted by name when I arrived for the service. The staff made sure to let me know what had to be done and explained the reason. The car was washed and ready when it was time to bring the car home. As always it was a very excellent experience. Their service department is always the best. Sr. Kathleen
