Pier Village

Mariel, our leasing consultant, was amazing! She was attentive to our every need. We were downsizing and quite nervous having been homeowners for the past 38 years. She made sure she found the perfect apartment giving us the space we needed. Elena was also wonderful. Mariel was off and Elena stayed during a snow storm to show us one of the apartments we were interested in. Today we officially got our keys and Mariel made sure our apartment was beautiful. It was clean and fresh looking brand new. . Will, the parking garage attendant, was also so helpful in getting us set up. From the start we have nothing but wonderful things to say about all the people we have dealt with. We look forward to starting our new adventure at Pier Village! We moved in 3 months ago. It’s been great. The property is maintained really well. Steps from the beach, shops and restaurants. Lynn made the leasing process easy. Promised repairs were all done as before we moved in.

Recently moved to Pier Village after selling our family home. The area around our complex always has something to offer. Great restaurants, small shops and of course the beautiful boardwalk. The management office is always there to help and the staff in the rental office are always pleasant, helpful and always have suggestions for places to go, or things to do. Adjusting to life on my own has been difficult, however, I feel extremely safe and happy in my new apartment.

A local gem. The boardwalk, shops and restaurants provide a vibrant scene that is accentuated by a beach that serves as a beautiful backdrop. Summer months can get crowded, though.

Pier village is a great location right by the beach with lots of amenities. The leasing staff/property managers are super helpful and very attentive. Lynn was very helpful for move-in and any questions I have while living here.nnMaintenance staff is slow on requests.
