They have a great business model and a strong corporate structure. Their business college is top notch, they make solid consistant money and is a reliable career for the most part. They hire some of the best business minds of the 21st century in the 70 all the way up to the 12. It's a great place to make a living they pay overtime on Saturday and Sunday service and double time for Christmas and Thanksgiving. They are very liberal with their financial services for the higher ups and generous bonuses. It's a great place to make money.
