Promenade Beach Club

Look, I am a 13 year old kid so my opinion doesn’t really matter, but my family has been going to Promenade for 8 years. The staff is very kind and always look out for members and the community is just so great. This is a great beach club deserves a 5 star rating.

My family and I had an extremely negative and uncomfortable experience at this beach club, specifically with their unprofessional staff members who constantly screamed at us all day. The management needs to take classes on customer service because it’s the worst I’ve ever seen, and needs a lesson in kindness and lightheartedness because there’s absolutely none of that here. I definitely will not be recommending anyone else to come here. It’s just not worth the money, poor treatment of members, and embarrassment of guests by the front desk staff.

Unfortunate experience with staff and ownership. Lots of money spent here and disproportionate treatment by employees based on money spent. I advise spending hard earned money elsewhere.
