SportsCare Physical Therapy Freehold

I am absolutely delighted with the results of my physical therapy program at SportsCare in Freehold Township. From the genuine warm welcome from Pat at the front desk, to the excellent treatment plan created by Caitlin, and the assistance of friendly aides Taylor and Allie, a successful experience is practically guaranteed. I have been a patient at SportsCare for a number of years for a variety of orthopedic issues, and my orthopedists are always extremely satisfied with the treatment plans, variety of exercises, and - most importantly - the improvement I have experienced as a result of my care at SportsCare. There may be plenty of other physical therapy offices in this area, but I would not go anywhere else. Results count, and that is what I know I will get when I trust my physical therapy to SportsCare.

I would like to thank the staff at Sportscare Physical Therapy in Freehold for doing such a great job on my shoulder. It feels like I never had a problem with my shoulder. They are very friendly and knowledgeable in their field. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy.

I recently have been going to SportsCare for my knee and the services I have received is both professional and therapeutic. The staff makes you feel important and truly interested in helping you feel better. Additionally, because of my injury I am unable to drive and transportation is available. Don’t bother using this place unless you are in network. I had stopped by the office on January 9th, and made an appointment for Friday January 24th at 1030a. I got home at 330p from surgery on Jan 23rd, and had a voicemail from the freehold office. There was a voicemail from the girl at the desk and she explained that they have to call the home office and see what is covered with my insurance because I am out of network. This place has been out of network for my insurance for the last 13 years. I have been there on 7 occasions for all different injuries and surgeries over that time span. I never had an issue with them, and they always took the co pay and nothing else with no issues. I took a pro active initiative and called the Home Office myself in which I was told by Antoinette that she has no idea of what the charges will be for the initial visit, PT visits, and all other appointments until they submit the bills to the insurance company and You will pay the rest. She said don’t worry you have a 1000.00 deductible and everything has changed for 2020.nI said yes you are right, you lost a patient, and thanks for giving me this information 1 hr after I came home from major surgery and not 2 weeks before when I set everything up. Now it is 4pm on a Thursday afternoon, and I am scrambling to set up an appointment at a good rehab place for the next day. Don’t use this place without figuring out what services will Cost. No loyalty even to customers that have been coming for years, and I been sending a lot of referrals over the past 13 years. Extreamly disgusted!!nTom
