Where do I even begin. I found Pete randomly and entrusted him to repair a 1900s era pocket watch that has been in my family forever. He was fabulous in telling me what he was going to do how he was going to do it they kept me in the loop via text message and pictures the entire way. Not only did he get the watch running but he converted it for me into a wristwatch Which we never thought possible. I can’t thank him enough and can honestly say he has a customer for life because of the work he did. So go to Peter ask for Peter and you won’t be disappointed

Always greeted warmly by any member of the staff working here. Watch batteries replaced quickly. Minor jewelry repairs done on premises as you wait most times. Fair pricing on work done and very friendly.

I really like this place for any kind of watch service and especially for a battery change. It's conveniently located outside Macy's on the 1st floor of the Freehold Raceway Mall. They do high quality work, quickly, and for a reasonable price. The staff is personable and professional. As a bonus, there is also a pleasant little coffee shop/stand diagonally across from them so you can even have a nice little snack while waiting for the work to be done.
