I go to get a charm to add to a bracelet. Immediately I am greeted with hi if you need help someone will help you. There is no browsing because of the size of our store. So I am supposed to come in and know exactly what I want to purchase. Absolutely baffling. Fully lost a customer. For all potential shoppers just beware you have to know exactly what you want before entering the store.

Never ever ever ever get anything here! horrible service SUPER UNHELPFUL! I was very unhappy with their service. one of the items they sent was the wrong item. The person who answered the phone told me I must return everything that came in the delivery in order to get reimbursed and they will send the right items. they actually don't do exchanges for online orders. I never got my stuff. By the time I realized what was going on they were out of the items I had originally ordered and returned. All they gave me was a coupon for 15 percent off. When I tried the coupon it said it was already used!! No one to talk to! No one who will take responsibility
