Went in for some rings, staff was very helpful and personable. Ann and Joan were a good duo, very helpful and a pleasure to be around. Made some jokes and had a nice experience ordering some rings.

Place closes at 7 got there at 640. Gates were already down and they were putting the jewelery away , I ordered an engagement ring from them the day before and went to go get it the next day, I asked nicely through the closed gates if there's anyway I can get my ring , I paid for it already . They told me they were closed .... Yeah that's right 20 minutes early closed ... i spent 3k on the ring and will definitely be getting a refund . Terrible service . I will never buy anything from them again . Guess I should have went to Jared.

Bought my engagement ring from them and had an amazing experience , they made us feel very comfortable during the buying experience and had alot of affordable options to choose from. I feel like I got a great deal and Excellent customer service .

Zales coupons are a scam, they had a watch that's been the same price for over a year. they send you a 30% off everything coupon. you drive 40 minutes to by the watch and what they say: the price of the watch is already 30% off. what kind of mess is that. if I sell a home 200000 and say seller will pay 2000 for close. I can't tell them the the house already has 2000 off. THAT B.S.
