We left Jack with them the day he turned 6 weeks old. I have felt safe and secure in that decision ever since. He is so loved here. He is learning so much as well, at only age 1!
I wouldn't take my child anywhere else. During the COVID pandemic, they have been very open, honest, and caring about the health and safety of the kids. We've taken our daughter there since she was 8 weeks old (now almost 20 months) and she loves it so much!
Our daughter has been attending this location for over 3 years and we have had nothing but a positive experience. The staff is very attentive to the needs of the children, and they do a great job communicating with us about our daughter's progress. The staff has also done a wonderful job adapting to the restrictions of Covid-19, and I feel confident they are doing everything within their power to keep the children and staff safe. I strongly recommend this location to anyone looking for childcare in the area!
I have 2 children that go to KinderCare and have gone there for the last 6 years. I haven’t found a better place for my girls. The teachers in all classrooms address me by name and my children. (I love that) Becky and Lisa have always been extremely helpful in any questions I had/have. There is always new information to be given and they make sure every parent is up to date. If I send an email they get back to me fairly quickly or they will call me. Even during the pandemic Becky, Lisa and the teachers have been very helpful in easing my anxiety about my girls coming back. Even though we can’t go into the building right now the teachers keep me well informed on what they are doing, how my girls are feeling, sending tons of pictures. Highly recommend
I can't say enough about the staff at the Taylor Mill location. We have gone to Kindercare for both our kids and we love them. I feel the staff truly loves my kids as if they were their own and always reliable/understanding. Highly recommend all the way around. The app they started so parents/family can stay connected has been a game changer. My family lives out of state and does not get to see our kids often but stay connected with them through school with the app they have.
